Terms of Service

Any form of activity that violates local, state, or federal laws is strictly forbidden.

We strictly prohibit any content that endangers or exploits children. We will report any violations to the proper authorities.

• Content that encourages hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on individual characteristics such as race, gender, or religion.
• Content that promotes intimidation or bullying.

Any attempts to create or disseminate software that could harm, intrude, or otherwise disrupt another user's computer or the Service are not allowed.

Activities that include, but are not limited to:

• Development of weaponry
• Conducting warfare simulations
• Operating or managing vital systems in sectors like energy, water, and transportation

Activities that include, but are not limited to:

• Pyramid schemes
• Betting or gaming for money
• Short-term high-interest loans
• Automated assessments that determine eligibility for financial services, employment, or public assistance

Activities that include, but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent schemes
• Fake endorsements or reviews
• Spreading false information
• Email spamming

We prohibit content aimed at sexual stimulation, erotic communication, and pornography.

Activities like:

• Mass production of political campaign content
• Targeting specific demographic groups with personalized political messages
• Developing tools aimed at political lobbying or campaigning

Activities that include, but are not limited to:

• Non-consensual tracking of individuals
• Non-permitted facial recognition
• Discriminatory profiling based on personal attributes
• Unauthorized gathering or sharing of sensitive personal data

• Providing unauthorized legal counsel
• Giving specialized financial advice without proper qualification
• Offering medical advice or diagnoses

Including but not limited to:

• Enforcement activities related to criminal justice
• Decisions affecting immigration or asylum status

Some features of Rooftops AI are available on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"), including individual plans and per-seat team plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The Billing Cycle is either monthly or annually, based on the subscription plan you select.

Unless canceled by you or Rooftops AI, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle. You may cancel your Subscription renewal via your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, such as a credit card (or other method allowed via Stripe), is required for Subscription payments. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information. By providing such information, you authorize Rooftops AI to charge all Subscription fees to your chosen payment method.

If your payment fails, our processor, Stripe, will make multiple attempts to successfully process payment for your subscription. If automatic billing fails, Rooftops AI will issue an electronic invoice requiring you to manually fulfill the payment within a specified due date.

Rooftops AI may offer a Free Trial Subscription for a limited period ("Free Trial").

You may need to provide billing information to start the Free Trial. You will not be charged until the Free Trial expires.

Unless canceled, your Subscription will automatically begin when the Free Trial expires, and you will be charged the applicable Subscription fees.

Rooftops AI reserves the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial at any time without notice.

Rooftops AI may change Subscription fees at any time, effective at the end of your current Billing Cycle.

Continued use of Rooftops AI after a fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new Subscription fee.

"Beta Customers" refers to users who have been granted access to the Service (or specific pre-release features) for a limited time at no cost for the purpose of testing and providing feedback. Beta Customers may receive coupon codes to access the Service at no charge during the beta period.

The beta period for Beta Customers is for a limited time, typically lasting for 3 months, unless otherwise specified by Rooftops AI. The beta period may be extended or shortened at the sole discretion of Rooftops AI.

Access to certain features of the Service may be limited or restricted during the beta period. These limitations will be communicated to Beta Customers when they gain access to the Service or as the limitations occur.

Participation as a Beta Customer is contingent upon providing timely feedback about the Service when requested by Rooftops AI. This feedback may include, but is not limited to, reporting bugs, suggesting improvements, and participating in surveys or focus groups.

At the end of the beta period, Beta Customers may lose access to the Service or be transitioned to a paid plan. Rooftops AI reserves the right to terminate a Beta Customer's access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to provide required feedback.

The Service is provided to Beta Customers on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rooftops AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, incurred directly or indirectly by Beta Customers.

You acknowledge and agree that the Service, including all associated intellectual property and customer agreements, may be sold, transferred, or assigned to another entity as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, consolidation, restructuring, or any other change in control of Mutter Voice, LLC or its assets.

In such transactions, Rooftops AI will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the entity to which we transfer our assets will use the personal information you have provided to us in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

Upon transfer, the new entity will assume the rights and obligations as described in these Terms, and you agree to continue to be bound by these Terms as they may be modified by the new entity. Your rights under these Terms will not be reduced without your consent.

The handling of user data in the event of a business transfer will be subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of the transfer.

In the event that Rooftops AI or its assets are acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information that we have collected as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

All transfers of business, including those that might occur in the event of a sale or restructuring, will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Report generation, AI chat, and other metered features are subject to the monthly limits of your subscription plan as published on our pricing page, applied per account or per paid seat for team plans. This Fair Usage Policy exists to prevent abuse and ensure the sustainability of our services. Additional seats or higher-tier plans are available for higher-volume needs.

We actively monitor the usage of our services to identify and manage excessive use. If we detect usage that exceeds the normal range by a significant margin, we may apply restrictions to your account. These restrictions could include temporary suspension of report generation capabilities or conversion to a custom plan that better suits high-volume needs.

Users who consistently exceed our Fair Usage Policy may be subject to additional charges or modification of their service plan. We will provide notifications in advance to discuss potential solutions before any changes are made.

Rooftops AI reserves the right to modify the Fair Usage Policy at any time to better reflect operational needs and fairness towards all users. Such modifications will be communicated through updates to these Terms of Service.
